Bill Youngkin has over thirty years of civil trial experience with cases ranging from medical malpractice, oil well blow-out/damage cases, personal injury/death cases, multiple party suits (65 Plaintiffs/7 Defendants), involved construction, business, oil & gas and estate dispute cases. In his career, he has had jury awards in the amount of $650,000.00 plus and settlements exceeding $1.8 million.  Mr. Youngkin has handled civil appeal cases in 11 of the 14 Courts of Civil Appeals, 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court.  He is also licensed before the Southern and Western Federal District Courts of Texas. 

Stan Stephen joined Youngkin & Associates of counsel in 2001.  Starting his legal career in the U.S. Navy’s Judge Advocate General program, Mr. Stephen served as Senior Trial Attorney on General Courts Martial staff in San Diego, California.  He then joined an acquisitions firm in Houston and later joined Ramey, Brelsford, Hull & Flock in Tyler, Texas working with oil & gas, wills and trusts.  Mr. Stephen’s current practice includes family law, oil & gas and real estate.  Before joining the firm, Mr. Stephen was the President and CEO of banks in Bryan-College Station, Texas.

Ty Clevenger joined Youngkin & Associates of counsel in 2007.  Mr. Clevenger represents plaintiffs in civil rights, racketeering, and oil and gas fraud litigation in state and federal court.  Before joining the firm, Mr. Clevenger was a trial attorney in the Special Litigation Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division responsible for investigations and civil cases concerning jails, prisons, police departments, and juvenile detention facilities.  His extensive resume also includes work as a Deputy Sheriff and a reporter.  Mr. Clevenger is admitted to practice in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, 8th Circuit and 10th Circuit; as well as the Eastern, Southern and Western Federal Districts of Texas.
